Ingredients

Ground Beef
Or pork, turkey or any other ground meat

Egg
1
Onion
Finely Diced
2
cloves
garlic
Minced
1/2
tsp
Pepper

tsp
Salt

Italian Seasoning
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with foil.
Finely chop onion and mince garlic either with a knife or in a miniature food processor.
In a large bowl, beat egg. Add in garlic, onion, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Add ground meat and combine well with hands.
Form into golf-ball-sized meatballs and place them on the prepared cookie sheet.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Freeze and eat later or serve with marinara sauce over spinach.
