Can use Coconut Aminos – Just leave out the additional salt
Instructions
Combine the lime juice, tahini, ground ginger, garlic powder, salt and water in a small bowl. Set aside for later.
Add coconut oil to a skillet and heat over medium high heat.
Add the diced carrots and cook for 4 minutes
Add the broccoli, peppers, and 1 tsp salt and cook for an additional 4 minutes.
Add in cauliflower and peas and cook for 1 minute.
Add in cooked protein and cook and additional 2 minutes or until protein is warm.
Stir in the lime sauce you made earlier and let warm for about 1 minute.
Leftovers store well in the fridge.
