Ingredients

Red Onion

Roma Tomatoes

Bunch
Cilantro
1
Jalapeno Pepper
(optional)

Limes
(juiced)
Salt and Pepper
to taste
Instructions
Uniformly chop the onion, tomatoes and cilantro and add to a medium-sized bowl.
Remove the jalapeno seeds and finely chop the jalapeno. Add this to the medium bowl with the other veggies.
Juice two limes and add the juice to the veggies.
Combine and add salt and pepper to taste.
Store this in the fridge for up to a week.
