Cut into 8 rings

Instructions
Add Cinnamon and salt to melted coconut oil
Brush mixture onto one side of pineapple rings.
Place rings, coconut oil side down on a grill on medium-high heat.
Brush other side of pineapple with coconut oil mixture.
Cook for about 5 minutes per side for a total of 8-10 minutes.
