  1. Add Cinnamon and salt to melted coconut oil
  2. Brush mixture onto one side of pineapple rings.
  3. Place rings, coconut oil side down on a grill on medium-high heat.
  4. Brush other side of pineapple with coconut oil mixture.
  5. Cook for about 5 minutes per side for a total of 8-10 minutes.
