  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease a mini muffin tin with coconut oil
  3. Beat bananas, eggs and vanilla together using the paddle attachment of a stand mixer.
  4. In a bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
  5. Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix until combined.
  6. Scoop the batter into the prepared pan and bake 12-14 minutes or until tops feel spongy and bounce back.
