Instructions
  1. To make the marinade, combine coconut aminos, ginger, garlic, salt, pepper, avocado oil and apple cider vinegar in a quart-size resealable bag.
  2. Add meat and refrigerate for half an hour to four hours.
  3. In a large skillet, heat avocado oil and add in broccoli and pepper. Cook broccoli for 5 minutes or to your liking.
  4. Remove broccoli to bowl and return skillet to heat.
  5. Add meat, marinade and all and cook 3-5 minutes.
  6. While meat cooks, combine coconut aminos, apple cider vinegar, ginger and arrowroot powder in a small bowl. Mix well until smooth.
  7. Add broccoli back to skillet with meat and heat through.
  8. Add sauce and stir until thick.
  9. Serve plain or over rice.
