  1. In a Gallon size Ziploc bag, combine the coconut aminos, Worchestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, orange zest and garlic.
  2. Add the steak and store in the fridge for at least four hours to marinate.
  3. Preheat the BBQ grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Cook the steak on one side for 5 minutes, and 6 minutes on the other.
  5. Cover the steak with foil and let it rest for about 8 minutes and then slice diagonally.
