Shredded Coconut
(Unsweetened)

Cup
Ground Flax

Finely Chopped Amonds

All-Natural Peanut Butter
(No sugar Added)

Dark Chocolate Chips
(Optional)

Coconut Milk
(Unsweetened, Canned)

Instructions
Combine oats, coconut, flax, almonds, cinnamon and chocolate chips in a large bowl.
Add in peanut butter, coconut milk and vanilla. Combine with your hands
Press into a 9×13 pan and refrigerate until firm (about an hour)
Cut into bars and store in the refrigerator
