Ingredients

Chicken breasts
(cooked)

Avocados
2
Limes
(juice of)

Bunch
Cilantro
(finely minced)
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Instructions
Poach chicken breasts until cooked through
Shred chicken in a stand mixer using the paddle attachment
Add the avocado, lime juice, cilantro, salt and pepper
Mix again until everything is combined
Serve in lettuce wraps
